- Diving license & level

- Approximate number of dives made

- Approximate date of last dive

- Medical certificate authorising the practice of underwater activities

* It is necessary to be at the dive centre one hour before the start of the activity to complete the registration, receive an introduction and prepare the equipment.

All activities are subject to availability. 

The reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

The activity is considered to be confirmed after receipt of the full payment.

Within 30 days of activity date: payment non-refundable.
