In recent years, gin and tonic has become a new trendy drink with a wide range of possible combinations. At an Ibizan distillery, participants learn all about their own gin and its unique production process, which is different from most other gins. The gin is distilled in a traditional copper pot still, as it was used around 100 years ago. The gin is made using the finest local produce, the island's own spring water and local botanicals.
